Community & Collective Well-Being
Retreats, gatherings, and community-rooted wellness experiences for healing, belonging, and resilience.
We approach mental health and wellness not only as individual experiences, but as deeply relational and collective ones. In a time of increasing isolation, disconnection, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, we believe healing and resilience are strengthened through meaningful human connection, shared experiences, reflection, creativity, nature, and community.
Through retreats, gatherings, and wellness experiences, we create spaces that encourage slowing down, reconnecting, learning, reflection, and authentic engagement with self and others.
Retreats
We offer immersive experiences designed to support reflection, restoration, personal growth, emotional wellness, and meaningful connection. Retreats may integrate psychotherapy-informed practices, group discussions, wellness activities, nature-based experiences, creative reflection, mindfulness, movement, and community-building approaches within supportive and restorative environments. Rather than focusing only on escape or self-care, retreats are designed to create opportunities for deeper self-understanding, relational connection, resilience, and intentional living.
Community Gatherings
Community gatherings create opportunities for people to come together in meaningful, reflective, and human ways outside of traditional clinical settings. Gatherings may include discussions, workshops, bonfires, poetry evenings, wellness conversations, reflective circles, educational events, or community-based experiences focused on mental health, resilience, relationships, and human connection. These spaces are designed to reduce isolation, foster belonging, encourage dialogue, and strengthen community well-being through simple but meaningful shared experiences.
Wellness Experiences
SWEETGRASS wellness experiences are designed to support emotional well-being, resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable wellness through engaging and experiential approaches. Experiences may include wellness workshops, mindfulness practices, movement-based activities, creative experiences, reflective exercises, seasonal gatherings, or collaborative events that encourage healthier and more intentional ways of living. Our goal is to create experiences that feel accessible, restorative, grounded, and deeply human rather than overly clinical or performance-driven.
